I am a retired musician and music teacher. My hobbies are writing and photography. I have three Adult Children and one grandchild with another arriving in July of 2011. I enjoy listening to Big Band Jazz such as Buddy Rich, Gene Kruper, Woody Herman, Don Ellis and many more. Favourite singers; Billie Holiday, Nat Cole, Frank Sinatra, Mel Torme, Diana Ross, Peggy Lee, Luciano Pavarotti, Gigli, Mario Lanza. My favourite Music composers are Mozart,Beethoven, John Williams, John Barry, Leonard Bernstein and Lalo Shifrin
Currently I have published a full adventure Novel and a travel Novella and several hundred articles for a dozen or more websites as a ghost writer. I enjoy teaching children to play music and find them delightful to teach as they have active and inquisative minds, and are very natural in expressing their talents.
I particularly enjoy taking photographs of everything from travelling the World to nature, and my main interest is in macro photography.You can see a sample in my Avatar that I took of a home grown orchid.
