Vacationing In San Diego: Rental Locations

By Edited Nov 13, 2013 0 0

Hotels/ Resorts
From Coronado Island, to La Jolla, to Mission Beach, to Pacific Beach, there are tons of great hotels, motels, and resorts for vacationers. You can find a luxurious resort on Coronado Island, a luscious hotel downtown, or a beach-themed spot in Mission Beach or Pacific Beach. Depending on what type of trip you plan on taking, you can find a laid-back beach atmosphere in Pacific Beach, or a ritzy and upscale scene in the Historic Gaslamp Quarter.

Beachfront Properties
We can probably all agree that the most relaxing way to spend your vacation is by staying in a rental house. You have all the amenities you need, day and night, without living on anyone else's schedule. Beach rentals in San Diego are great because you can get a lovely property on the beach, and it doesn't matter if you trek a little sand inside! There are tons of beachfront rental properties in La Jolla, Mission Bay and Mission Beach, from studios for one to party houses for a dozen or more.

Camping
For those of you that like to enjoy the outdoors while on vacation, camping might be your best option. There are plenty of really cools spots to camp, two of them are on California State Parks. San Elijo is located just outside of Solana Beach, and is a great place to spend the night. There are plenty of active people all around, and the camp amenities are extensive. In addition, Carlsbad State Beach, a few minutes north, is a great way to spend the night in the open outdoors. This beach is located north of Cardiff by the Sea, and is a really low-key way to enjoy your vacation.

San Diego is one of the most desirable locations in all of the country, so if you are hoping to take a trip to a nearby home away from home, or even a vacation that is miles away, be sure to check out some of the great vacation rentals in America's Finest City. You will surely find a great place to spend your time off from the hustle and bustle of the rest of the world, and a trip to remember on the beautiful west coast.
