You can make their night special with some candy hearts and a Valentine movie. A special Valentine movie for kids would make a great unexpected treat for the ending of a fun filled day. Not only that, but by watching it with them, the kids will love you even more for taking the time out of your evening just for them. All children love the attention that they get from their parents more than any one thing in the world, even the Valentine gifts that they get. Here are some ideas of some popular movie that your kids should enjoy.

Valentine Movie Ideas

1. Alvin and the Chipmunks - A Chipmunk Valentine. Poor Alvin is heartbroken after his one true love Brittany rejects his offer to join him at the Valentine Ball. He has his alter ego Don Juan to win her over, but is Captain Chipmunk only a daydream. This movie for kids is always a hit.

2. Be My Valentine, Charlie Brown. There is nothing better than an old Charlie Brown movie. We all can remember the Peanuts gang growing up as a child. It is bad enough that poor Charlie Brown has to watch the other children celebrate Valentine's Day with lots of candy and love letters while he comes up empty handed. To add insult to injury, he is too afraid to ask his angel to be his Valentine. Maybe the day can be saved.

3. Winnie the Pooh - Un-Valentine's Day and A Valentine for You. Valentine's Day has arrived at the Hundred Acre Wood, however Rabbit is unhappy about the amount of cards sent by Pooh that flooded Hundred Acre Wood last year. He wants Valentine's cancelled until Pooh receives an anonymous honey pot. After that, the holiday is back on track even to the delight of Rabbit. This is followed by A Valentine for You which is a cute short film where the gang sees Christopher Robin making a Valentine for a girl. They are worried that he has been bitten by a love bug, so they set out on an adventurous trip to find it.

4. Shrek. Shrek is loveable too in this movie about an ogre and a princess that fall in love. With the help of an irresistible, annoying donkey, Shrek sets out to get his swamp back by returning a princess to a scheming lord. This is an adorable movie for kids and adult like it too!
