On the night of Sunday, September 13th, the WWE Breaking Point 2009 results will be made official for all fans of World Wrestling Entertainment. This event replaces the longtime Pay-Per-View called "Unforgiven", as the name Breaking Point was voted on by the WWE fans on their website. It will feature all of its main event matches fought under submission rules. This means a wrestler can only win by making their opponent submit, or in the case of John Cena against Randy Orton, by making them say "I Quit".

Breaking Point Pay-Per-View takes place at the Bell Centre in Montreal, Quebec, Canada, and is sponsored by the Batman Arkham Asylum video game. It was first announced on Monday Night Raw by Vince McMahon weeks ago. After that announcement, various matches began to be added to the card. One of the first was John Cena versus Randy Orton for the WWE Title, in an "I Quit" match. Another submission match came from Smackdown, when it was announced that the recently returning Undertaker will take on CM Punk for the World Heavyweight Title. These two will clash under submission rules, with odds favoring the Deadman. There's also the tag team feud match involving D-Generation X (Shawn Michaels & Triple H) as they face Legacy (Cody Rhodes & Ted Dibiase). This match will be the first ever "Submissions Count Anywhere match". Basically, this match can be won almost anywhere imaginable, from inside the ring, to out in the crowd, up on the ramp, backstage or even outside the arena.

There's several other compelling matches on the Breaking Point 2009 card as well. ECW Champion Christian will attempt to escape the event still the champ as he defends against William Regal. Regal will have his two henchmen, Vladimir Kozlov and Ezekiel Jackson at ringside to help, making it tougher for Christian to win. Also, the Unified Tag Team champions, Chris Jericho and Big Show will defend their titles against the recently formed team of Mark Henry and MVP. The Big Red Machine Kane battles with adversary the Great Khali in a Singapore Cane match as well.

The 2009 WWE Breaking Point PPV Results will be here as soon as they have become official. This year's event promises to be another exciting one for WWE fans, and could feature several titles changing hands before the night is over. Enjoy the Pay-Per-View starting at 8PM EST on Sunday, September 13, 2009!
