Step 1

Choose your price. The Walt Disney World Resort Hotels are categorized, according to price and amenities. Disney World offers Value Resort hotels, Moderate Resort hotels, Deluxe Resort hotels, and Deluxe Villas. The Value Resort hotels offer very basic hotel amenities with all of the benefits of staying on property at Walt Disney World, including free transportation to and from the Disney Theme Parks, free transportation to and from the airport, access to extended theme park hours, and the ability to purchase the Disney Dining Plan. The Moderate Resorts offer all of the above stated benefits, along with rooms that are a bit larger, and a mini-refrigerator. They are often less crowded than the Value Resorts and offer a few more recreational activities, such as kayaking, carriage rides or bike rentals. The Deluxe Resorts are of outstanding quality and offer concierge level, on site kids club activities, and fine dining, in addition to the services of the Value and Moderate resorts. In addition to the above stated amenities, the Deluxe Villas offer full kitchens and apartment type quarters.

Step 2

Choose your transportation options. The Walt Disney World Resort Hotels offer a variety of complimentary transportation options for their guests. All Disney hotels offer bus transportation to the Disney Theme Parks. All guests of the Walt Disney World Resort Hotels receive complimentary parking at each of the Disney Theme Parks. However, some resorts have additional transportation options. Guests at the Contemporary, Polynesian, and the Grand Floridian can access Disney's monorail system directly from their resort. The monorail is a train system that transports guests to the Magic Kingdom and Epcot. Boat transportation is available to the Magic Kingdom for guests of the Grand Floridian, the Contemporary Resort, the Wilderness Lodge, and Fort Wilderness. Guests can ride a boat to Epcot and Hollywood Studios from the Boardwalk Resort, the Yacht and Beach Club Resorts, and the Swan and Dolphin hotels. Guests of Port Orleans Riverside, Port Orleans French Quarter, Old Key West Resort, and Saratoga Springs Resort can access Downtown Disney by boat.

Step 3

Choose your theme. Walt Disney World Resort hotels are famous throughout the world for their incredible theming. The hotels offer guests the opportunity to become immersed in the pop culture of decades past, or to go on an African safari. Guests can stay at Walt Disney World Hotels themed after the Atlantic City Boardwalk, Mardi Gras, Key West or upstate New York.
No matter your price, transportation desires or theming preferences, one of the many Walt Disney World Resort Hotels is sure to provide outstanding accommodations for you during your vacation. Although the choices seem overwhelming, rest assured that you won't be disappointed.
