Our brain relies on specific fats for survival. It's important to increase brain power with specific fats and nutrients. Foods can help increase oxygen to the brain and build brain cells. Specific fats can also be bad for brain function. What you eat can play a role in depression, Alzheimer's diseases, and also improve memory as well. Stress and depression have both been linked to lack of brain production.

DHA contributes to brain production in many specific ways. The brain is made up of 60% of fats. Your brain needs this specific fat. Between 25-35% of the fats are found in DHA. DHA can reduce depression, Alzheimer's disease, and improve memory.
You'll find that fish contain a high amount of omega-3 fatty acids in them. Specifically fish oil supplements, salmon, shrimp, and sardines. Walnuts are very rich in omega-3 as well. Green leaf vegetables, legumes, and strawberries contain good sources of omega-3 fatty acids in them.

Taking ginkgo biloba as a health supplement can improve your brain production. Ginkgo comes from a maidenhair tree. Gingko increase oxygen and blood flow to the brain. It plays a great role in improving mental awareness, and contributes to better moods. You won't find ginkgo in foods, but as a health supplement at your local health stores.
Your brain requires specific fats to increase brain power and production. You want more omega-3 fatty acids into your diet, and eliminate saturated fats.
