We are what we believe all the day long

By Edited Oct 27, 2013 1 5

When changing our minds is necessary for bringing healing into our lives:
Many have said that the human mind is very powerful and that it is able to bring positive or negative results into our lives according to the way we think. One wise philosopher wrote, "there is no good or bad but thinking makes it so..." And I am forever in agreement of this statement. In the Christian bible book of 2 Corinthian, the bible has the following to say:"But do not be deceived, God is not mocked. Whatsoever a man sows so shall he also reap" And so that we may be able to protect ourselves from the temptations of this world, the bible also gives us a clue in the following scriptures "Lest he will take advantage over us.We are not ignorant of his devices." The "he" being addressed in the above scripture is none other than the devil and all that is like him. One of the grave mistakes that many people make is in believing in the power of evil more so than in the power of God. Many people erroneously believe that God is a positive power who is fighting or struggling against a negative called Satan to save the souls of men. But the truth of the matter is that there is no other power but God and that what we call Satan or devil is but our own human nature unenlighthened.

To break the first principles of God in the ten commandment is very dangerous and comes with dire consequences when one continues to believe in a power apart from God. The safety valve out of this is that we trace back to the original state of existence when God alone was the only existence and see how in reality there was no other power but God. How can we say then that now that God has created the world and all that is in all of a sudden another power has appeared by osmosis to challenge God. This idea is far from the truth as God before the creation, during the creation and after the creation is one and the same forever; never changing and forever remaining the same. This should be the basis of our beliefs if we are to be steered towards the truth. To top this we read from the Old Testmanent the following words which says, "I am the Lord your God. I bless and I curse. I am He who does these things." No devil is mentioned here which in my estimation leads me to believe that even if there is a devil; which I believe there is, his existence does not matter to us if we are living righteous lives and believing God aright. If we dwell in the light, we will see on the light and no darkness can manifest itself before us if we are in the light.

The first commandment of the ten said it simply in the following words; that there is only one God and that there are no other Gods besides Him. Else where in the bible the word of God says that concerning His uniqueness and sovereignty to the Israelites that "Hear O Israel. The Lord your God is one God. Praise be to His sovereignty forever more." As I mused over these things and prayerfully waited for divine revelation about this subject, the impactation came to me concerning the way out of this mess discovered that the only way out of this dire consequence of wrong thinking and belief is to acknowledge that we have believed the wrong things and have brought untold difficulties unto our lives. When we thus accept our faults, then are we ready to get our mentalities healed by learning the truth and applying it into our lives for better future consequences. To do this I found out that one must change his mind from the ways of the world into the ways of God. In 2 Corinthians the word of God says tells us "to not be conformed to this world but we must be transformed by the renewing of our minds so that we will be able to do that which is the good and acceptable will of God."

The right definition of the law of cause and effect can be found in the bible in the format of this scripture which said, "Do not be deceived. God is not mocked. Whatever a man sows so shall he also reap." A similar scripture also states says the following; "As a man thinks in his heart so is he." This then is the definition of the law of cause and effect which is contineously rulling in the lives of children negatively and brings untold sufferings into the lives of men. But is the law of cause and effect evil? The law of cause and effect is not evil. It is a good law which is natural and does what it was written into nature to do by the creator. The bible says concerning the laws of God; "The law is good but it is only humans who are sinsful" The law of cause and effect is good but our human nature which is quick to run towards errors is what makes this other wise a great law work against us. The law itself cannot be changed but we can change and by changing we will bring good outcomes into our own lives by the same law which once worked against us because of our erroneous thinking, beliefs and wrong action. As men, we have this terrible habit of blaming everything that happens to us on someone else but ourselves. That is why God tells us in the bible not to judge anyone because He says the same things that we judge others of we do the same. To top this up, we now know that whatever we have reaped, we have reaped it because of our false believes and action.

Joel Solomon Goldsmith once said that the only devil there is is the belief in two powers which has come from the old belief of a devil challenging God in the world between the extreme activities of good and evil but this is not so because even in the book of Job we are introduced to the conversation that took place between God and Satan when God told Satan to make His servant Job sick but not to kill him and Satan doing exactly what God had said. It is God who is in control. It is God who pulls the shots not the devil. Again, listen to this from the Old Testament. "I am the Lord your God. I create good and I create evil. I am He who does these things." With that said we know that God is the architect of good and evil and to Him both are the similar. I am not trying to confuse you with metaphysical cliches but here I am trying to paint a picture and show you that the truth about error culminates from unity not duality. You see, since God is one in addressing God we must always start from the idea of unity so that we will slowly but surely steer ourselves correctly to the positive and divine conclusions we seek. In the bible book of Genesis, we read that after God had finished creating the earth and everything in it, He said that "all that I have created was good." But several chapters later, the bible said that "and God found out that the hearts of men were on evil contineously and God regretted that He had made man." What did men do that caused God to regret that He had made man? God found out that the children of men were living human and material lives. They were reasoning and interpreting everything that God had created from the human material level instead of the God spiritual level which God says in the bible He required before the foundation of the earth. Here is the scritpure. "Before the foundation of the earth. God predestined all men to live in Christ Jesus (Spirit), God requires us to live in the spirit not the flesh so when God found out that men were living in the flesh instead of the spirit and were fulfilling the lust and beliefs of the flesh, God was disappointed according to the bible and regretted that He had made man.

We now come to the cross roads of an important chapter in this discussion in that this explains and affirms that indeed the same error of old is still with mankind in that we are still swimming aimlessly in the sea of confussion and error. We call the sky the ground and the ground the sky and reaping the consequences thereof. Man needs revival. We need to access the damage done so that we will be motivated to do better in our journey through the earth. What needs to be done is to first understand what errors we have believed. Why they are error because it is a violation of reality. When we access these things and understand it we will then be ready to change our minds; a process that brings healing when it is done honestly and with integrety. But it requires faith and boldness for this to work. In trying to get our healing from anything that ails us, we know its cause to be the manifestation of beliefs that we have ingested into consciousness and as result caused it to grow and infect us in return.

We said above that in reversing the painful outcomes of our own beliefs, we must must recognize that we have believed the wrong things. We must also refuse to blame others of our plight even if it appears that they have done it to us in the natural. We must be careful to blame ourselves and create unnecessary guilt, shame or any kind of negative emotions as hurting our emotional self within us can create all kinds of physical ills as well. We must know the truth of the error and correct it. We must arm ourselves with know of the truth which eventually sets us free. Jesus Christ said that "...and you will know the truth and the truth shall set you free." This whole discussion boils down to one thing and it is to renew our minds with the truth. "Do not be conformed to this world. Be transformed by the renewing of your mind so that you'll be able to do that which is the good and acceptable will of God." The mind has to be renewed because obviously it is not the mind of Christ that we have used if not we will be shinning stars not sinful, sick and poverty stricken as most men today experience.

In the bible book of 2 Corinthian the bible says that "that carnal mind is enmity to God. It does not know the things of God neither can it be because the things of God is spiritually discerned." This means that if we are conformed to this world, we will use the human carnal mind to reason and make decisions with; not the mind of Christ which helps us to make the right decisions after the will of God and thus sow and reap good things in our lives. From what we read the bible is telling us that there exist enmity between God and the human carnal mind which cannot be resolved unless the carnal human mind is done away with. The only way to do aways with the human carnal mind is to renew our minds with the knowledge and word of God. You see, as the light destroys darkness when it is applied onto the darkness, so the human carnal mind dies when the truth of God is subjected to it. This then transforms us into the image of God's dear son in whom the bible says we have redemption by His blood even the forgiveness of sins. With our sins forgiven and the sinful God forsaken carnal human mind now dead, we are free to start walking the faith walk of righteousness through the nudging and guidance of the Holy Spirit. This is how we become free and walk in the light of salvation, thus bringing divine grace into our lives. The book of Galatian says "if the spirit of God who raised Jesus From death dwells in you. He who raised Jesus from death will also quicken your mortal bodies with good health. Your life will be filled with light and darkness cannot lurk itself against you and anything that you find to do will prosper through divine order.Identifying Error so that it may be obliterated:

It was no mistake when Jesus said the following words to us. He said, "In the world there is tribulation. Be of good cheer I have overcome the world." Jesus Christ said He had overcome the world and all that He ask of us is to be of good cheer as we believe that He had indeed overcome the world of form, duality and sins. Now before we are able to correct any defect in our lives we must identify the defect and proclaim it so this way we are able to correct it. No doctor will give you medicine unless he or she investigates and determine what caused your symptoms. So are spiritual matters as well. The tribulation of this world comes in many forms and it attempts to cause us to ignore truth for the lies of this world so that we will find ourselves jammed up with untold suffering. That is why in the bible, Paul realized this and said the following words "lest he (the devil) will take advantage over us. We are not ignorant of his devices" Since knowing the ways of the evil one is equally important, let us look at some few things that the devil or what I call error may use to get us short circuited and trapped. In examining this I would want us to look at the story of Job. When Job was found sick, literily loosing everything, his friends stood afar off and wondered why he should go through the sicknkess and diseases in his body plus the untold financial collapse and the death of his children and livestock. They started saying some stuff that bottered Job. Job could not handle the things they said in fact, Job could handle his difficulties more than the things that his friends said concerning his predicament. Sometimes when one is sick or experiencing difficulties, the last people you may want to know about your difficulties is your extended family and friends. Some of them are so rutless that they may mock you or bad mouth your or add more devasting issues to top this all so that hearing this tends to amplify your suffering.

You must pray for your enemies who mock you:
Pray for your friends or family members who may make fun of you like Job did for the bible reports that "Jobs illness was lifted when he prayed for his friends." We must not be bitter against those who use us wrongly through jesting and mockery. There are some who in other to cover themselves and hide in their difficulties will add fire to gasoline by making your situation worse than it appears by spreading rumors about your just like Jobs friends did. Pray the righteous prayers that Jesus prayed when He said the following prayers on the Cross. "Father forgive them for they do not know what they do." And like Job, God will hear your prayers from heaven and lift up your captivity and give you way to escape the devastation of your difficulties. The bible says that "the prayer of the righteous availeth much." The error I am trying to unravel here is the subtle inner hurt feelings that secondary things propagate into your life, like the friends of Job. I am able to write this because I have experienced similiar things in my life and I am qualified to write about. While I will not attempt to wake up the past and dead things, I want to warn the reader to know and understand that in deed, we do not wrestle against fresh and blood but against principalities against the rulers of the darkness of this world. Against spiritual wickedness in high places. So with that said, the bible says to blame no one but to put on the whole armor of God so that we will be able to quench the fierry darts of the enemy in the evil. I believe that the main reasons why secondary issues usually pops their ugly heads and comes as cruel friends and family members is to cause you to be ashamed of your human nature.

When being ashamed of your human weakness dishonors God:
I want you to understand that whether you are ashamed of your human sinful nature or not, you must know that that too is a gift from God. And the enemy wants you to feel so ashamed and worthless that you stop living and all the days of your life punish yourself in the error of false beliefs and the reaping of more suffering. It is not worth it at all. You see, God created you from the nothingness of the dirt of the earth as we read in the bible about Adam. Out of the ground God created us and the very nature of the ground signifies nothing. So in actuality, all human beings are nothing until God entered into the dirt and the breath of life entered and the physical lifeless form called Adam became a living soul. And since that time until now we all have inherited this gift of God from Adam and all his weakness too. But the subtle thing is that God knew that His prized creation; man, was weak and needed strength so He sent His son into the world to assume the death of all humans unto Himself on the cross so that the guilt and weakness of man will be taken away forever. In John 3, the bible says, "As Moses lifted up the serpent in the wilderness, so must the son of God be lifted up so that whoever believes in Him will not perish but have everlasting life. For God so loved the world that He sent His only begotten son so that whoever will believe in Him will not perish but have everlasting life." This fact of salvation is what the errors of this world fights againt all the time by making us think that the saving grace of the Cross is of no effect. This is what I am trying to impress upon us to resist in the faith so that like Job we can say to every error that appears that "though, He slays by, yet will I trust God."

That is why I am saying to you to boldly accept your humanhood and all its imperfection and still thank God for giving you the gift of life as a human being first and then saving you from your sinful human nature through the death and resurrection of Jesus Christ to inherit eternal life to be with Him forever. Then we are able to say by virtue of the saving grace of the atonement with great thanksgiving that "God [indeed has] demonstrated His love towards us that whiles we were yet sinners Christ died for us." With that said we know that we are liberated from our sinful human nature through the eternal wisdom of God so that we are able to say with Jesus the following words from the book of Revelation, that "we were the ones who were once sinners[dead] but now through the death and resurrection of Jesus Christ, we have been redeemed once and for all from the dungeons of human sinful nature into the mavelous love and righteousness of God in Jesus Christ. We are able to says that "now are we the sons of God and that we are the righteousness of God in Christ Jesus. Never feel ashamed of your human nature. Your human nature is not a shameful thing anymore now that we have been redeemed from the curse of the law of sin and death and are now rulled by the law of the spirit of life in Christ Jesus which sets us free from the law of sin and death. This is how we obliterate the errors that comes to us through proper identification of what it is and what it is not. At this time, we will go ahead and go to the next point which requires us to properly identify ourselves under the newbirth through Jesus Christ.

Proper Identification is a mandate:
After identifying the errors and its diabolical instention of stealing your joy, one must properly identify himself in Christ Jesus. In the atonement, we died with Christ. In this death, we lost our old man and its diabolical and sinful nature and attitudes. We do not have a self of our own to depend on except Jesus Christ whom the book of Hebrews tells us to look to as the author and finisher of our faith. We must know that in God we live and move and have our being and all human needs are taken care by God alone. This mental attitude will unload from us great weight and limit the stress that human needs brings into our lives on a daily basis. For this reason, Jesus said the following words. "Come unto me all those who are heavily laden and I will give you rest for my rest is not heavy but light." Similarly in the book of psalms He says, "come onto me all the ends of the world be saved. There is no one but me." By saying that we need to identify ourselves correctly, I was saying that we have to make a choice between that which is real and that which is not real if we are to lighten our burdens. As human beings, God created us and gave us choices beteween choosing God into eternal life or to choose the human clay into eternal damnation.

Many people in this world have chosen the path of the dust and have identified themselves as carnal and material beings leaving the spiritual side unattended and neglected and doing everything solely by sight and human effort. I must say that this way life is the failure way and comes with dire consequences. Jesus Christ in addressing this issue said, "cast all your burdens upon me for I care." In identifying ourselves in Christ instead of in ourselves, we eliminate all the human negativities that tends to weigh us down into God's marvelous kingdom which is in Christ Jesus. Many people nowadays are under the spell of the anti-christ in that the things they know to do they do not do but the things they know not to do that is what they see themselves doing. Paul expreienced such a dilemma and wrote about it for us all to learn and know that even the elect is able to come under the influence of the wicked one if we do not arm ourselves with the weapons of God which is His word. In Galatians chapter 3, Paul wrote, "O foolish Galatians who has bewitched you that you are not able to come to the truth. Your own eyes have seen Jesus Christ potrayed as Crucified. Did you start in the spirit and now you have ended up in the flesh? Were you saved by the flesh or by the word of God that was preached unto you? Christ has redeemed us from the curse of the law. Being made a curse for us. For it is written, cursed is everyone who hangs on the tree so that the blessings of Abraham will come onto the gentiles through Christ Jesus." We should not be like the Galatians. We must be transformed from the things of this world into the things of God so that we will be able to do that which is the good and acceptable will of God in our lives and the good will show up in our lives. In transforming our lives with the word of God, our names changes from no life to life. Abraham experienced such a change in his life when his name changed from Abram; no life to Abraham with the "ha" sound which means life. When God changed Abraham's names from Abram to Abraham, the "ha" sound signifies the breath of life that God added to Abraham's name as he was born again into the kingdom of God.

But you and I are not like those who disbelief the mercies and gifts of God and perish, because that is the main aim of the devil, to entice us into believing otherwise, so that while we are richly blessed through the death of Christ and our reconciliation to God in Christ Jesus, we may never know it and thus all through our life time be subjected to life of mediocrity and die with the belief in eternal extinction after human life on this earth. The belief that men are sinful and are in hopeless condition and are going to hell is the master belief of all false beliefs. That is why Paul wrote to enlighten and encourage the believers with the following words, "Lest, he will take advantage over us. We are not ignorant of his devices." We are not to be ignorant of the devices of the seen and the unseen things that tells us things that contradicts our knowledge of the supreme truth that we are indeed the image of God and that God is one one and has forgiven us of all our sins and given us a ministry of reconciliation through His Son, so that indeed, we are able to call ourselves without shame or doubts about the fact that we are the sons of God whereby we call God, Abba; Father. The belief on the death of Jesus Christ and our reconnection to God in the atonement is a perfect solution to the human spirit which is eternally saved under the construct of the death and resurrection of Jesus Christ. Now we are able to say that through Christ Jesus, we are the sons of God and His truth heals us from false beliefs. Now that we know the truth, we feed on the truth and the truth of God germinates and grows into our lives a great fruit of health, propertity, peace and bliss. Jesus Christ said in the book of Revelation. He said, "I am He who was once dead but now liveth forever. " Similarly, we can say that we are the ones who once believed wrongly and brought curses into our lives but now through the death and resurrection of Jesus Christ, we have been transformed with the truth of the gospel and now bring divine blessings into our lives by the same law of cause and effects."

Warning: Stay away from what I call "The subtle Disobedience"
What do I mean by subtle disobedience? The answer will shock you. Subtle disobedience occurs in our lives when for the injustice done to us and the negative experiences in our lives, we forget the word of Salvation that God has put in bible to encourage our faith in the fact that we are saved by grace of God in Jesus Christ. This subtle disobedience promises some kind of self righteousness which asserts that when we complain and cry and become emotional about what we are going through we prove that we are victims and that we are justified by the way we feel about the matter. But I want you to know that there is no such things as justification by crying and complaining. The only justification that exist according to the bible is the justification that God gives to us through the practice of faith, not crying and complaining. Abraham was justified not because he cried but he was justified because he believed God even when he had not seen where he was going. The bible says "Abraham believed God and it was accounted to him as righteousness." The fact, is the emotional wounds that we support through complaint and crying does not justify us but it tells us that we do not believe in God and that is what the enemy wants to see because he knows that emotional wounds can open the door for so many negative things to come into your life so he vehemently fights to keep us hooked to that emotional thing. When we complain about the issues of life, we disobey God and this disobedience is so subtle that one may thing it is alright but it is not. It causes us to go deep into the dungeons of sins and death before our time and we must stop that. At all cost, stay away from those who amplify your pain through mockery, jesting, hatred and blackmail and hook up with people who are God fearing and have the love of God in them to help you with. Never say that because somebody is your family member you are going to hang around them especially during the time when you are down. If all indication points to the fact that they are no good and that they are up to nothing but to hurt your emotional life by bringing your past mistakes into your life to remind you of your past mistakes, then you must know that they have been recruited by the devil to pull you back into his web of negative emotional pain and suffering; eventually leading to physical pains too. Do what the bible says about your close friends and relatives who are up to no good. "Come out from among them and be separated from them and do not be equally yoked with the unfruitful works of darkness." When Job in the bible was told by his wife to curse God and die because of his suffering. Job did not buy that from her. He told her that if God allows good into your life and you accept it should you not accept the negative as well? Job responded to her wife with these words; "Though He slays me, yet will I trust God." Refrain from emotional upset and allow it to heal in the word of God. Always meditate on God's word and act like it has already manifested in your life and through the power of the Christ within you, it will come to pass in your life. Always remember that we walk by faith not by sight.

Practicing the truth through the process of individuation and affirmations: As you know, man is not just spirit but has a soul and lives in a physical body. For man to be fulfilled all three aspects of him should be present, full and balanced between all the others. But even though through Christ our spirit which was severed relations from God because of sin has been resolved, as I've already mentioned above, a great many people are hurting. Why it is like that one may ask but the answer is simple. The answer is that a great many of people are ignorant of God's will and are accepting the devil's lies as truth which actually do the numbers on us in the area of health, finances, relationship, and all the negativities that seems to pervert the world. In the bible Jesus knew this and said the following word that still echoes in my mind. "In the world, there is tribulation but be of good cheer I have overcome the world."Here Jesus Christ talks about being of good cheer so in answering the question above why many people are hurting and how they may arrest the situation my answer is to cheer up in the midst of unwanted conditions. Believe me this cheering up in the midst of unwanted condition is not for the faint hearted but those who through use have sharpened their faith can easily do that with little or no concerns at all. An old story was told about a Persian king who summoned his wise men and asked them to draw the picture of peace. They consulted each other's skills and drew a bird sleeping in her nest at the end of the evening sunset. In fact, the picture was very peaceful but the king upon looking at it told the wise men that the picture they gave to him was not peace because it was just too easy. Peace must have some drama to it so he sent them away to try again. They came back with a new drawing only this time with a small bird sleeping peacefully in her nest while there was a great storm with thunder and lightening. When they sent this second picture to the king, he happily accepted it and agreed that that was the true picture of peace. Therefore, we say that a person has mastered the art of peace only when one is found in the midst of chaos without demonstrating panic or fear of any sort just like the little bird in her nest did."Be of good cheer then is the answer to the human dilemma of anxieties, stress and even depression which is very common in our world today. Jesus Christ said, "I give you peace not like the world gives, but the peace that comes from God and passes all understanding." With that understanding comes the need to abdicate all self responsibilities to God through the Christ. With this understanding comes the need to submit everything to the authority of God so that one is able to depend on Him solely for everything. In the book of Proverbs, He said, "Love the Lord with all your heart and do not lean on your own understanding but in all your ways acknowledge God and He will direct your path." But the world has not followed this truth but have attempted in all earnest to help them selves with human efforts. No wonder many people's hearts are failing them in the arena of depression and all manner of troubles. In the bible Jesus Christ revealed to His disciples what was about to happen to Him that the High Priest and his henchmen will come arrest Him and falsely accuse Him of crimes He never even knew so as to kill Him. Peter on hearing that reacted with furry and told Jesus that he was not going to allow anyone to arrest and kill Him and that he was going to defend Jesus even with the sword. Immediately Jesus knew that the devil had visited Peter with false beliefs that contradicts God's intensions for Christ and the people of the world. Jesus Christ said to Peter. "Get thee behind me. For you do not know the things of God except the things of men." To Jesus the things of God was for Him to die and be resurrected the third but to Peter using human reason which is controlled by the devil, he was to refuse God's plan for the worldly plans and Jesus reprimanded him for that.

The devil and all the errors of this world is what Jesus talked about as the world being filled with tribulations of which He adviced all believers to be of good cheer as they remember that Jesus Christ has finished the work of salvaiton for all mankind. If only we will learn to cheer up and give everything to God, the world will be a better place to live; starting from me and you and everybody. When we know these truths and identify ourselves as children of God, then we are able to be ushered into the kingdom of God and by doing so, bring heaven to earth. When God sees that His children are living according to His will and believing and doing the right thing, He will usher the kingdom of God into the world. In the book of third John this is what that scripture says, "Behold, what manner of love God has bestowed upon us that we are called the sons of God. The world does not know us because they did not know God. We do not know what we shall become but we do know that when Christ shall appear (In our hearts) we shall know Him as He is. Whoever has this hope (of the living Christ; our true identity on earth) purifies himself even as Christ is pure (within us) (Emphasis added is mine.) But listen to this. This is the same error that happened after the creation that causes God to regret for creating man. In the book of Genesis, after the creation, God said that all that He had created was good. But the bible says later that "and God found out that the hearts of men was on evil continuously and God regretted that He had made man" The reason why God regretted that He had made man was because man was living physical sinful and carnal life against the will of God for man to live in the spirit and abide in His truth.

In 1 Corinthian, Paul said, "Let a man examine himself so that he will notcome under condemnation through carelessness and misunderstanding. In the same token I tell you to examine yourself through the knowledge of who you really are which is God appearing as you instead of who you are not which is just a physical creature of flesh and blood committing all manner of sins with a long trail of chaos following him into eternal condemnation. When you properly examine yourself after knowledge of who God is to you, you will reap the benefit of divine wisdom which tells you to go deeper into yourself to see all that is within you, accepting and confessing them as a token of a working faith to self recovery and wholeness before the living God. It offends God to see man presenting and acting as a physical creature of flesh and blood with no understanding or wisdom but acting like an animal without any direction or discipline. This is what Christ does for us when we go to Him as He opens our eyes and minds to know that we are not the tip of the iceberg but the whole iceberg and all the privileges that appertain to that realization of our true oneness with God.

This is the gift that God has given to us through His son, that all would be able to be one with God in Him and be called the sons of God. To refuse this either through ignorance or knowledge is very offensive to God and comes with great repercussion. To the end the book of Hebrews says that "If we reject such a great salvation (through our knowledge or ignorance of the truth) there is no more salvation left for us through which we'll be saved. Therefore through the sayings of Paul the apostle, "Let us work out our own salvation with fear and trembling, so that we will be careful to renew our minds with truth and live spiritual lives upon the face of the earth and thus usher into the earth the kingdom of God; a true heritage of the children of the most high God. Unfortunately many have believed false things that contradict our oneness with God through Jesus. There was a book that I read years ago by Vernon Howard. In that book he uses stories to show people the truth about the ways of life.

In that book, he told a story about an amusement park that had boats floating on a lake with the captain turning the steering wheel to the right and left as if he was controlling the boat. But the truth is that the boat was not floating free on the surface of the lake but beneath the boat are rails that the boat sits and moves on so that those at the amusement part thought that the captain was really steering the boat when in actuality he was not; the movement and direction of the boat was predetermined by the hidden rails. Such is how many people are today. They go through life thinking that they are in control but they are not. They are just going through the motion of self control whiles something unlike them is beneath the surface of their consciousness, manipulating and controlling their outward movement. Please, I am trying to push the truth to you that you and I have abandoned our inner selves for long and have allowed the thieves and money changers of this world; the anti-Christ to take control of it by using it against us. Coming to accept Christ paves the way for us to be aware of our long forsaken kingdom of God within us and as such take the God given action to take control of it to the glory of God. No wonder, we pray and it appears like God is not answering our prayers. My assurance to you is that the ears of God is not heavy nor his arm so short that He cannot deliver but our sins; the sins of ignorance and hiding from ourselves has caused us to be so fragmented into many parts that God's help does not reach us.

All that I am saying here is that God is one and His help goes to those who are one within themselves; using the analogy of the iceberg being whole instead of just a tip on the iceberg. We are not the tip of the Iceberg. We are the whole deal and it is God who through the salvic grace of the atonement renders us whole and holy again in His incredible presence. God says to us in the bible that He wants those who want to worship Him to worship Him in Spirit and in Truth. If He wants people to worship Him in Spirit and in Truth, then it also follows that He wants to get closer to those who are spiritual; those who have reconciled all their many selves into one through the process of confession of sins and its results of individuation which frees man from his self deception to the presence of God as a whole person. To achieve this we must claim all our good and bad and treat them all as equal. But how can you treat the good and bad in humans as equal when good and bad are different things? This is very important question with an important answer. You see, there is no way of logically doing this as yes, good and bad are different but in spite of that we still must find a way of reconciling the two. In the book of Amos 3:3 the question was asked; "How can two walk together unless they agree?

How can man walk with his dual nature of "Animus" and "Anima" as thought by Dr. Carl Jung or good and evil unless he finds a way to reconcile the two? That is why as I have said somewhere in this article, God gave us a ministry of reconciliation through Christ Jesus which allows us to effectively reconcile our inner differences through the recognition that indeed, we are not just the tip of the iceberg with inner differences to be resolved through human power, which does not exist but through the process of individuation which Christ Himself is its architect. By doing this we are able to reconcile our inner differences by driving away the differences within us with the presence of Jesus Christ which defines our wholeness or holiness. Lest I forget, you may ask me to define the process of individuation. This process is a psychological work that was first thought by Dr. Carl Jung who wrote many books about the need for the mind to be one if the person was to be at peace with him and others. In the process of individuation, Carl Jung says that the person in conflict with himself must look within himself and then reveal everything he sees there; whether pleasant or not. As he lays hold of himself and reveals everything he finds there, it becomes a confessional that proposes to bring the person together as a whole individual person instead of a fragmented person confused and heading towards the hell of depression, confusion and gross futility.

Thus the term "individuation" suggests that after the person has taken hold of everything within him by simply accepting it as his, he becomes an individual person who is whole and being whole, at the religious level, he becomes holy even as God his true identity is holy. The book of John says, "Be holy even as your father in heaven is holy." And the process of individuation as I have humbly explained above in my estimation lines up with the word of God in 1 John 1:9 which says, "if we confess (accepts our inner conflicts) sins to God, He is faithful to forgive us our sins and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness." Since division creates separation, unity destroys it and that is what the process of individuation does for us and it does not matter whether we do it at the psychological level or the religious level, they all get the same result of creating a single unified soul within the person so processed. That is why when we unite the good and evil within us by not worrying about its labels of good and evil but reconcile the good and evil as the same, then and only then are we able to reach divine consciousness or identity of wholeness and oneness which Christ Himself becomes its architect and controller from within us. Since God calls the good and evil in man to be the same, we must not attempt to separate our human good from our human evil but accept all of them as the same and put them together and let the light of God destroy it right from within us. But the reader may ask why I say that the good and the evil within man is the same. The answer is that in the book of Isaiah God said, "The righteousness of man is like filthy rags before me" This tells me that if the righteousness of man is like filthy rags before the Lord, then man's righteousness is equally filthy as the evil or the unrighteous things that men do. When we treat our weakness and strength as weakness in the spirit of humility towards God, God comes to our level and help us out and take away all the human unrighteousness and substituting it with His own righteousness on our behalf for all to find and enjoy.

To amplify the need for all the human good and evil to be given to God so that God Himself will reinterpret it for us, I bring your attention to a parable that Jesus told in the bible; the parable of the wheat and tares. In that parable, we learned that after the servants of the Lord of the farm had planted wheat, during the night an enemy came and sowed tares (weeds) among the wheat. In the morning the servants told their master about this and asked whether to separate the wheat from the tares. But the master of the farm told them not to do that but instead let the wheat and the tares grow together so that when they are fully grown, that then becomes the time for the servants to separate the wheat from the weeds. This tells us to do the same. We must not try to clean ourselves up but instead while studying the word of God to help us to stay conformed to the image of God's dear Son, we allow God to clean and perfect our human good and evil for us. We must always be in the attitude of "God this thing that i want or your will be done." This way we will abide under the will of God for our lives at all times. Now in my conclusion, the first thing to do to reap good things in our lives is to do the following:

(1) Know the truth concerning God and His will

(2) Staying away from your past mistakes and not being emotional about it.

(3) Use the truth in your life by being careful to put it into practice

(4) By acknowledging our sins and troubles before God and asking Him for help

(5) Identifying ourselves in the spirit of Christ and allowing the Holy Spirit to direct our

path.

(6) Walking the faith walk by being calm in the midst of unwanted conditions.

(7) Through the faith walk, use our spiritual eyes to see and our spiritual ears to hear and

our spiritual mouth to speak in the silence of constant trust to God.

(8) Always being cheerful as though one has not a single care in the world.

(9) Finally always acting as though you have physically received all the promises of God without show of any negative emotion.

(10) Remembering that the secret is being cheerful at all times.

I live you with the following scripture:

If you have any troubles in your, know that "No temptation has befallen you. What is happening to you is something that is common to all men; you are not the only one. But God is faithful who will not allow you to be tempted beyond that which you can bear but with the same temptation God gives you a way of escape so that you are able to bear it."Believe in God and He will turn the tables of life in your favor so that you will live life peacefully and happily and bear much fruit in your life and on top of that inherit eternal life through Christ. And remember this is not for only Christians but it is for all who believe...God loves you so do I.

A wise man once said, "The greatest deception that the Devil has devised, is to convince men that he did not exist."

You have made two statements:

"...what we call Satan or devil is but our own human nature unenlighthened."

and

"...even if there is a devil; which I believe there is..."

The first statement implies that you believe that Satan does not exist, while second clearly says that you DO believe that Satan exists. This is contradictory, and this contradiction carries itself throughout your entire piece.

Make no mistake, Satan is real. Not only is it made clear within the passages of Job that you have referenced, it is also made clear within the book of Matthew, chapter 4. This is where Jesus is tempted by Satan. This chapter of Matthew clearly bears testimony to a conversation between two entities. Jesus is not talking to himself here, and God is not talking to himself in the book of Job. The Bible is very clear about the existence of Satan, and to imply that he is merely a man made concept is to stand on very dangerous and shaky ground, indeed.

As the author of the above article, I am very grateful for the comment made by SHMIV above. It is indeed very dangerous to think or believe that there is no satan; in fact, there is. In my article I was trying to bring home to people that whether there is a satan or not; the truth of the matter is that it does not matter to the person who is in Christ Jesus. This comment was made to help people fear God more than the devil. Because it appears to me that most people fear the devil more than God. But God is the one who must be feared with reverence and love. Those who are afraid of the devil are those who are in darkness but if you are in the light, then you must not be afraid of the darkness at all as the brightness of your light which is the Christ is the weapon that dispells the darkness. When I say that "...what we call Satan or devil is but our own human nature unenlighthened," I was only trying to somehow metaphysically explain that our human nature if unenlighthened in the truth of God's word becomes a physical symbol of that which we call satan. So there is an entity called satan but if you are in the light of Christ; professing Christ, then it does not matter; the same way darkness does not matter to the light.

This is a good article which I enjoyed reading, but pleas, call the devil what he is. If we begin to believe he is a part of ourselves, that puts the blame for all that he does upon mankind. I understand what you are saying - yes God is what we should focus on and too many people don't. However to ignore the devil is foolish - just as when we cross the road we focus on where we are going but we don't ignore the heavy traffic.

I can feel your faith in this article which depict that you love God with all your heart as I. I would only advise to as my college professor would say Keep It Simple Saints and make sure you capitilize the word Bible.
