Weber Genesis e-310, The King of BBQ's

Some Advice Here on Grills for Sale

I think we have all enjoyed a BBQ on a variety of char broil grills. Everything from an old refrigerator rack set over a half barrel, right up to a professional gas BBQ. BBQ food has that ability to be so tasty, so flavorsome and, well, that aroma it puts out when the food is a sizzlin!

Today I thought we would go right to the top and have a look at this magnificent product from that very well known brand, Weber. The model I want to show you is called the Weber Genesis E-310 Liquid Propane Gas Grill. I have seen them priced at $850.00, but have sourced them at just under $700. A bargain if there ever was one! Why?

Well consider the cost of taking the family and friends out for a nice grilled steak etc. Say $25 a person, each and every time, (and that's probably conservative considering entrees and drinks). So at least say $150 for each night out, at someones restaurant, in someone elses pocket. Do that once a month and you've spent the investment price of this Weber e-310 in under half a year! Buy this Weber, and it will go on giving you great meals for years and years.

Here is a picture here. Just have a look at it, it oozes class doesn't it? It comes in four attractive finishes: Black, Green, Copper and Stainless Steel.

It's features are extensive, but here are just a few:

  • 38,000-BTU gas grill with 637-square-inch cooking/warming space
  • Front-mounted control panel; 3 stainless-steel burners; individual electronic ignition system
  • Porcelain-enameled cast-iron cooking grates; Flavorizer bars; heat deflectors
  • Enclosed cart; built-in thermometer; 6 tool hooks
  • Measures 30 inches long by 60 inches wide by 64-1/2 inches high
  • 5-year limited warranty

Just a couple of points to highlight here. 38 000 BTU represents a LOT of available heat, which means you can, if you want, flash cook food very quickly, sealing in the taste and juices. Of course the temperature is fully variable so on the other hand you can close that lid and slow cook roasts, game, vegetables, pies - hey, ANYTHING you want!

The other feature that stands this Weber Grill apart is the porcelain-enameled cast-iron cooking grates. Cast iron equals long life and great heat retention, while the porcelain enamel coating equates to easy cleaning, BBQ after BBQ.

This Weber has been a big seller, with a heap of happy buyers. Here are just a couple of their comments:

"I purchased the E310 grill as the replacement and it is great - so far seems better than I remember the other grill when it was new. Gets very hot very fast and cooks evenly"

"This grill is pure quality. Every piece of the grill acts to make it a more solid construction. The Grill Tub itself is solid, thick and looks like it could last forever. Even the cleaning trays are well designed."

I could go on and on listing the positive customer comments; but you get the idea?

The list just goes on and on. Imagine the endless possibilities you could create with marinades and sauces. Yep, it can easily handle a saucepan on the cooking surface
with the heat regulated down, while the meats broil away on another part. Smell that aroma? I can!

When you do the sums, if you love BBQ for and the wonderful social atmosphere a BBQ creates, this Weber Genesis E-310 Liquid Propane Gas Grill is a winner in every which way but loose!

I'll leave you with this interesting picture of the history of the Weber range of BBQ's. Come a long way haven't they?
