Weight Training Exercise Review

By | 0 Comments | Rating: 0 | |

If you have a set of dumbbells, you have all you need for weight training exercise. You will find that this is an excellent way for you to burn fat and create muscle mass for a nice, sculpted body.

Are you aware that dumbbell training is actually more effective than using expensive machines or the expensive home gym? The main reason being is you are required to use your stabilizer muscles. An example would be: Using a set of dumbbells for overhead presses, you are forced to use all of your shoulder muscles, along with your entire core muscles.

Now, if you compared this to a machine that you sit in, and press a bar over your head, you are not only not using your stabilizers, but you are forced to go with the motion that is set, instead of creating your own. This is why there are so many injuries when using machines for weight training exercise.

Now, if you want to get the most out of your workout using dumbbells, you need to focus on using your stabilizer muscles, by doing upper body pushes, which will work the chest, shoulders, and triceps. Upper body pulls work the back and biceps.

For the legs, you will be using dumbbells for squats, dead-lifts, step-ups, and lunges. You will choose one exercise for each group, and perform them back-to-back, with little rest in-between. This is also known as circuit training, which can be done with dumbbells.

By doing this workout, you will be optimizing your metabolism for fat-burning for up to 36 hours following your routine. And with the frequency, you will be transforming your body.

You will be gaining some great results with dumbbells incorporated into your weight training exercise. You will be losing fat while building lean muscle in a short amount of time. No need for expensive equipment, you have it all right there at home.
