Dofollow backlinks are backlinks that are usually found in places that cannot be spammed, like peoples websites, blog rolls, blogs, etc. Dofollow backlinks are usually more powerful and get you a better more relevant page rank, faster than the nofollow backlinks. In my opinion, both types of backlinks are good and a backlink is a backlink, but if you want to be completely safe with backlink building, stick with dofollow backlinks for your website.
