What Could You Buy With One Billion Dollars?

As of March 2011, there is approximately 1210 people in the world that are considered billionaires. That's about 0.0000173 % of the world's population.

The median income in the United States of America is about $29,000. If you make $29,000 a year, and don’t spend any of it, it will take you 34,482 years to save one billion dollars.

So what could you buy with one billion dollars?

 

285,714,285 - McDonald's Big Mac's. McDonald's signature sandwich, the Big Mac is over 45 years old. It's estimated that over 550 million Big Mac's are sold each year!
