Vitamin B5 is also termed as Pantothenic Acid. There are several features of vitamin B5 which help in the secretion of hormones including cortisone. Due to this reason it is effective to support adrenal gland in individual bodies. Such hormones help in improving the body metabolism that results in fighting against the allergies. It is also useful in regulating healthy skin, nerves and muscles.
