Things You Will Need

1. You need lots of coupons, tons of them for like products. Make sure the face values are high from between $.50 to $2.00 each.

2. Sort and store your coupons in a file box, accordion file, or folder for ease of use. You will need to be able to find your coupons when you need them.

3. Find the nearest double coupon store. If you do not have access to a double coupon store in your area, then select the cheapest grocery store in town.

4. Now, get out the weekly sales flier for the store of your choice. Work your way through the ads and match up your grocery coupons. See the deals? You should be able to find about 10-20 items per week that are reduced between 50-90%. Stock up on those, and buy as many as you can.

Tips & Warnings

Warning: with copious coupon use comes the possibility for too much free stuff and an overflowing pantry. Date and rotate your food items to ensure freshness and food safety. I'm not kidding, I get so much free stuff when shopping that I end up donating to the local food bank whenever my pantry gets to full to avoid spoilage. As many as 4 big donations a year.
