Getting a wheatgrass juicer and juicing can solve many health related issues. This is mainly because wheatgrass contains a lot of vitamins and minerals that can actually help anyone get the right amount of nutrients daily. Drinking fresh wheatgrass juice is said to be able to detoxify the body of toxins, combat and prevent certain diseases.
It is said to have more protein than any meat, fish, poultry or dairy product. Thus, some people dub wheatgrass as a complete food. It does have nineteen different amino acids and ninety nutrients. Wheatgrass actually consists of seventy percent chlorophyll. Chlorophyll is known for anti-bacterial properties. Wheatgrass juice can actually be directly applied on the skin for wounds, acne and even acne scars.
It is probably due to chlorophyll’s close molecular make up to hemoglobin that makes this grass good for improving blood flow. Some say it does more than that and it can remove metals, metabolic waste and even carcinogen in the human body. Furthermore, the live enzymes in fresh juice can help with digestion and digestive problems. Wheatgrass does provide a lot of health benefits.
