I am not as faithful as I should be in meditating, but I love it and have benefited tremendously. I have taken yoga for 25 years, and meditation is frequently part of my classes. Sooo relaxing.

Hello! Yes, it is quite relaxing. Guided meditation is great! It's sometimes easier to hold focus when somebody else is reminding you to stay put in the here and now.
