By | Dec 1, 2009 | 1 Comments | Rating: 0

Pros

Is a motivating tool to get you exercising on a daily basis. It has enough variety to keep you interested.
With daily use, you will notice an improved fitness of your stamina, balance and fitness.

Cons

You must have the Wii system or you will not be able to use it. However, Wii does offer many other games and educational software that make it worth the investment.

Full Review

I have been using a Wii fit for about six months now. It is an excellent product and very user friendly. The balance board is sturdy and the software offers several options to choose from. You can create your own character on the screen and make it even look like yourself. You can check your weight, check your center of balance and set goals for losing weight. After a few tests, it will give you your Wii fit age depending on your test results.

The Wii fit has exercises, a yoga fitness program, aerobics and balancing games to choose from. As you progress, you earn points which can unlock more advanced options. It is animated, which makes it good for all ages, and makes it a delight to use. You can compete with yourself or compete with others who create their own characters. You can keep track of your progress on a calendar.

My favorite part of the Wii fit are the balancing games. After I have worked hard doing the exercises, yoga and aerobic workouts, I treat myself to the games. They are animated and react to the way you move on the Wii fit balance board.

In Closing

I would recommend this product to anyone who needs a little motivation to get exercising. It has many activities to choose from, can keep track of your progress, and gives incentives to try harder. Overall, a great product.

Thank you for pointing out that Wii can be used for more than just games.
