The next important point to successfully workout is to include a variety of compound exercises. These exercises include dead-lifts, bench press, squats, rows, and shoulder presses. These work your muscles in a way that targets the most dense muscle fibers, giving you faster results.

Keep variety in your workout, don't do the same reps every time, you want to workout muscles in a way that they all are getting pushed, giving you a good balance.
