World of Warcraft Warrior Tips
Warriors are a melee class in World of Warcraft. They can Tank, and are considered by most to be the best tankers and still do great damage in both PvE and PvP. Masters melee combat, they equip all melee weapons and can even Dual Wield. Warriors can also use Plate armor and Shields. Their special abilities are used by using Rage which is gained by doing and receiving damage. Here are some World of Warcraft tips to make other players rage about your warrior!
Warriors have stances that you can choose from. The Defensive Stance is used for tanking as it reduces the damage done to you, increase the threat made by you, and lowers the damage you do by 10%. Next off is the is the Battle Stance which is the standard stance which doesn't give any boosts, but doesn't decrease anything. Last, but not least is the Berserker Stance. This stance increases the Warrior's critical strike rating by 3%, but increases damage done to the Warrior by 10%. Some abilities can only be used when Warrior are in specific stances.
Warriors are strong and can take a lot of attacks. This makes them very easy to level, because the damage they do is also high. A World of Warcraft tip is to always carry a shield with you when you're leveling so you can tank when you have to. At level 70+ you definitely need to follow the Protection tree if you want to even dare tank in instances.
Warriors are fast levelers because you can kill the mobs fast and then move onto the next one. By wearing plate armor you'll reduce damage done to you by a lot, meanwhile one can use first aid or other talents to regenerate your health.
All races, except Blood Elves, can become Warriors.
Warriors have the Protection talent tree for those that want to become good tankers. This talent tree has a lot of abilities that reduce the damage you'll recieve. Your threat done with this talent tree is also increased and you'll get powerful new abilities like Spell Reflection, Shield Slam, Shock Wave, and Last Stand. Warriors are great tank, which is how Blizzard designed Warriors to be in the first place.
Since the release of WoTLK, the Arms tree has became the weakest talent tree of Warriors. This is, because the Fury talent tree has received some new great talents that makes it a better build for PvP and PvE.
The Arms tree was good, because of Mortal Strike's debuff, which leaves characters with a 50% healing reduction. However now, Fury Warriors have something similar called Furious Attacks. If you follow this tree you will even be able to Dual Wield two-handed weapons, Warriors are the only class that can do that! It doesn't only make you look cool, but it majorly boosts the damage you do. Here's my World of Warcraft tip to you, forget about the Arms build for now. Finally the Fury tree also has a talent called Heroic Fury, which is another PvP talent that removes immobilizing effects and removes the cooldown from your intercept.
