Yeast Allergy Symptoms

By | 0 Comments | Rating: 0 | |

So you think you are suffering from yeast allergy symptoms? It is absolutely possible that you are, but you should be absolutely sure you are not before you consume anything else that contains yeast, in case you really do have a yeast allergy and risk suffering significant health issues.

What exactly is yeast, and what are the allergy symptoms? Believe it or not, yeast is actually a mold. A mold that is contained in many of the most commonly eaten foods. Foods like cheese, breads, peanuts and pastas. Looking at the few foods listed, you should now be able to see how difficult it can be to avoid them and then understand exactly why it can be very difficult for someone to live with yeast allergy symptoms. Also, what further compounds the difficulty of avoiding food with yeast, is that yeast is a mold that is often found on the surface of foods. Meaning you may not even know it is there.

And it isn't just foods that contain yeast. Some of the most popular drinks also contain yeast. Drinks like beer, wine, coffee and soda. Yet again, those with a yeast allergy will find themselves significantly limited to what they can and cannot intake.

Alright, this is all good and well, but what exactly are the yeast allergy symptoms? As with most food allergy symptoms, it can be difficult to narrow these down as many food allergy symptoms are similar. A food diary often helps sort through what you eat to help identify the real allergy. However, what you can expect to experience if you really have a yeast allergy, is digestion problems, constipation, bloating, rashes, dizziness, white coating on tongue, and more.

Some people might experience more or less symptoms, and this list of yeast allergy symptoms is definitely not exclusive. So be very careful if you suspect you have an allergy and make sure you see a medical doctor before taking any unnecessary risks. You definitely don't want to risk any potentially fatal yeast allergy symptoms.
