Getting the Golf Cart Covered

Now that you have your car, truck, van, SUV, RV, ATV, Boat, Motorcycle, and Scooter adequately covered up when you're not using them, here is one more cover to add to your list. If you are among the avid golf fans out there, and have added your own golf cart to your garage, you really need to look into getting a good cover for it. For all of the same reasons that you got covers for all of your other vehicles, your golf cart needs protecting too!

By putting a nice cover over your golf cart when you're not busy driving it around the links, you will keep it free from rain, sleet, snow, hail, sun, and heat. The custom golf car covers also keep it free from dirt, dust, mud, crud, leaves, branches, tree sap, and bird poop. So when you're ready to get out and play a round, you don't have to mess around cleaning off your cart!

In addition to a full golf cart cover, you might also want to take a look at the Golf Cart Windshields, a 3-sided enclosure ( with the back open ), a 4-sided enclosure, or even a deluxe camouflage cover. These are a bit of a different animal than the storage cover in that you actually can use these others while driving your cart. While it seems a little wimpy, I would guess they would be helpful at keeping the mosquitoes or bees away, or if you get caught in a quick rain storm. Also handy if you are driving you cart from your house to the course I would suppose!!

Most of the golf cart storage covers are made of a nylon material which is water repellent and water resistant. The bottom hem generally has an elastic cord sewn in, which makes for a speedy on and off, and creates a nice snug fit. Most come with a nice storage bag as well, so that you can roll the cover up and put it away when you're not using it.

So, if you're an avid player, check out the aftermarket car covers webstores, and pick yourself up a nice golf cart cover! For those of you living down south in the heat and humidity, you may want to take a look into the golf cart enclosures as well. Just in case of weather or insect attacks! And, as our mothers always told us, remember to keep it clean!
