Our minds are continually running with thoughts. The incessant endless chatter has the ability to make or break us, depending on what kinds of thoughts we are allowing to camp out there.
Our thoughts act as energy, and according to the Law of Attraction, the kinds of thoughts we extend draw in the same. The Law of Attraction is essentially a law that asserts that what we think about and focus on we attract back to us. If we think about how depressed or stressed out we are we are in essence attracting back the same type of energy or situations that will cause us to be more depressed and stressed out.
If we think positive thoughts, we will attract positive things in our lives. Positive, loving, kind, pure thoughts have the tendency to raise our energetic vibration, which in turn draws the same types of things into our lives. We all can probably agree that we would love to draw more positive things into our lives.
Maybe you think that you are powerless over your thoughts and circumstances, but let me assure you that you are not. You can learn to master your thoughts, your mind, and your perspective.
A wonderful way to begin to take control over your thoughts is to use positive affirmations. These are simply statements that you recite our loud every day that are positive, whether you believe them or not. You can re-train your brain to think positive even when circumstances are dismal. In essence, you are making statements of what you want and affirming that you already have your desires.
Here are some positive affirmations that you can recite that will re-train your brain. You can print these out and hang them up at your home and at work. It’s a great idea to memorize them and recite in your mind continually.
