YuGiOh Collectible Card Game
YuGiOh Collectible Card Game started in 2002. It became mostly famous Japan, North America, Europe and Australia. The game was created from Duel Monsters by comic artist Kazuki Takahashi.
There are different types of cards, in the game. For example, there are: Tune Dragon, Blue Eyes Ultimate Dragon, Blue Eyes Dragon, Time Wizard, Spell Cards (Gold Sarcophagus,Shrink), Trap cards (Crush Card), XX-Saber Gardestrike, Cyber-Stein, Slifer the Sky Dragon, Obelisk Tormntor, The Winged Dragon of Ra, Prevent Rat, Dark Magician Girl, and many more cards. Spell cards can make any playing card stronger. Also, trap cards can block any attacks that another person is doing against you.
There are different kinds of rarity cards. There are Common, Normal Rare, Short Print, Super Short Print, Holofoil Rare, Rare, Super Rare, Ultra Rare, Gold Ultra Rare, Ultimate Rare, Ghost Rare, Holograpgic Rare, Secret Rare, Prismatic Secret Rare, Ultra Rare, Ultra Secret Rare, Parallel Rare, Normal Parallel Rare, Super Parallel Rare, Duel Terminal Parallel Rare and Ultra Parallel Rare. Common cards are easy to find but Ultra Parallel Rare cards are extremely hard to find and you are extremely lucky if you can find one. There are alternate ways of finding the rare Yugioh cards though.
Another type of cards are called Duelist Packs; Jaden Yuki's Duelist Pack 1, Jaden Yuki's Duelist Pack 2, Jaden Yuki's Duelist Pack 3, Chazz Princeton's Duelist Pack, Zane Truesdale's Duelist Pack, Aster Phoenix's Duelist Pack, Jesse Andersen's Duelist Pack, Yusei Fudo's Duelist Pack, Yugi Muto's Duelist Pack, Yusei Fudo's Duelist Pack 2.
There are different ways of playing the game; you can either play it with your friends or in tournaments. If you play in tournaments then you can get booster sets, in the booster sets you might receive 2 uncommon and 7 common cards. There are several different types of boosters sets, for example, Dragon's Roar, Zombie Madness, Blaze of Destruction, The Dark Emperor, Zombie World, Spell caster's Command, and Warrior's Strike. Along with the ways that I just said of playing, there are also advanced format, traditional format,rating systems and casual playing.
YuGiOh Collectible Card Game is a great game for children of all ages, even adults because it has to deal with math and thinking ahead. Don't think of YuGiOh Trading Card Game as another game, it can be very educational at the same time for everybody, to either for learning math or to keep your math skills going. There are also cartoons, movies and action figures.
