Citrus Peach Cocktail

Ingredients  - 8  fresh peaches  - 1/4 (60 mL) cup brandy - 3 tbsp (45 mL ) liquid honey - 4 cups (I L) Citrus Peach Juice Cocktail - 5  sprigs fresh mint  - 2 cups (500 mL) rose wine - 2 cups (500 mL)  ice cubes

Cut 6 peaches in half and make sure to remove the pits.

Pour honey, brandy and peach juice cocktail into a blender and blend until smooth.

Pour your mixture into a pitcher and add wine, mint and ice.

Finish off your creation with a few slices of peaches for garnish.
