2-3 eggs
1 Tablespoon Pesto
25g low fat diced deli ham
Non Stick Frying pan
Fresh ground pepper
Once you've got all your ingredients, pre heat your stove to about 2/3rds heat.
Crack your eggs into a mixing bowl and whisk them until they are well mixed. Then mix in the deli ham.
Pour the eggs and ham into the frying pan and continuously stir until the mixture is about 95% cooked.
Add your tablespoon of pesto to the eggs and ham and allow to heat up with the eggs while they finish cooking.
Make sure to not over cook your eggs or they will get crusty and hard.
