Mercury in HFCS

High Fructose Corn Syrup (HFCS) is the most common sweetener in the US. Unfortunately, it may contain an added and unwanted element, mercury. What to do? Switch to organic, naturally sweetened products, of course. Not so fast, they may contain another toxic element, arsenic.
