  1. Finding Your Content

    August 26, 2009 by kevin

    Hey everyone,

We’ve had quite a few emails recently asking how you access your live, draft, denied and pending articles.  So I’m creating a post to try and help everyone out.  So before we get started, you need to make sure you are logged in.  Once you are proceed to Step 1 below.

    Step 1

First you need to open your Nav Bar by clicking the Open Nav Bar button on the top right.

    My Articles Step 1

    My Articles Step 1

    Step 2

Next you need to go to your content page by clicking on the My Content link after the nav bar has dropped down.

    My Articles Step 2

    My Articles Step 2

    Step 3

You should now be on your My Content page and should see 4 tabs, Live Articles, Draft Articles, Denied Articles, and Pending Articles.  By clicking on any one of these tabs you will shown a list of all of your corresponding articles with the option to edit them, delete them (non-live articles only) or check out the reason for their denial (denied articles only).

I hope this clears things up for everyone.

  2. Additions to My Content Page

    August 10, 2009 by admin

    Hey all,

We’ve made some additions to your My Content page.

We’ve added a new tab called “Pending Articles”.  Under this tab are your articles that are currently in the queue awaiting approval.  We’ve had a few emails over the last couple of weeks from users wondering where their articles went after they hit the Publish button.  Now you they will be able to see them under the aforementioned “Pending Articles” tab.

Also by popular demand, we have added a [reason for denial] button under your “Denied Articles” tab.  If you click the button you can see the reason your article was denied, allowing you to make the changes necessary to your article so you can submit it again.  This feature will only work going forward.  None of the past denied articles will have a reason attached because we we’re storing that data before today.

Hope everyone likes the new additions.

    Kevin
