LA Clippers - Disappointing End to Highly Anticipated Year

Maybe the front office executives haven't maximized the talent on the team in a given season, but the coach and the guys on the court still care to a large extent. The history of tanking as a rebuilding strategy has mixed results. Your team still has to pick well in the draft in order for it to work. Some teams never seem to pick well and remain at the bottom of the standings.
