I want to hear what everyone's opinion is between these two. Tell me which one you prefer and why.

I'm not sure I understand the question. PPC and SEO are two different things entirely. Unless PPC stands for something other than "Pay per click"?

PPC is for advertisers who use Google AdWords. SEO is a technique used for writers and webmasters like us to get our content placed higher on search engine rankings. I suppose you could use PPC to promote your articles, but you would lose a lot of money in the process.

So my answer is SEO :-)

I use SEO  myself for the most part to promote my website and drive more traffic to it. I am sure there are a lot of people doing the same thing here with articles and all. To clarify I was wanting to know if you like the SEO to drive traffic to your site or PPC to drive more traffic to your site. Me personally SEO seems to be more logical because of the high costs involved with PPC.

I think your asking the wrong group of people. Hardly anyone who is active in these forums tries to make money with anything other than infobarrel.

Ahhhh...Okay. I didn't realize this was in the Off Topic section. My bad! :-)

With that said, I agree with you. PPC is great if you have a big advertising budget, but you also have to have something to sell that will profit you enough to make up for those clicks, especially if you're not getting good sale conversions.

PPC is tricky and expensive. SEO is tricky and free, though sometimes a bit risky if you listen to the wrong people.

If you want to make money using PPC you are going to need a much bigger budget than $100. Thats maybe enough to begin testing a few keywords.

Awww....just what I thought. I have experimented with it, but I find even that it just makes more sense to promote using SEO. Besides that you get to meet a lot of people who usually don't mind giving advice.

You can lose a lot of money if you don't have experience with PPC. It is best to work with a mentor who can teach you the ropes you will then make all the money back and then some once you learn what you're doing. To find a good mentor haunt the Warrior Forum for about 3 months reading threads then you learn who is on the up and up. That is, if you're serious if not forget about it learn SEO and keep writing.

Both are PPC & SEO have their own impact on a website.

SEO is more organic approach that takes time to move up Google. Once in the top 5 search results, it takes monthly management to stay there. Done right you can stay around the top of Google and get traffic.

PPC is about how much you're willing to spend to get that traffic. Once you stop paying the traffic stops immediately. If you have a big ticket item then that can justify a monthly PPC Ads spend. If not you better have a bottomless wallet & budget to sustain that #1 Position.

Mostly, the people here are about quality writing first. Personally, I don't worry about SEO.

You don't worry about PPC here unless you are a spammer.

SEO is a free method of bringing traffic on your website.

PPC as the name suggests pay per click is a paid medium through which you can attract traffic. There are numerous articles on both these digital marketing strategies. You can google them.
