Full Review

There's a lot to know about geothermal heating/cooling systems and where we should turn to get them. One thing is for sure, they are AMAZING! These systems are so much better than your average air conditioner. I don't know why the US hasn't been revolutionized by this product yet. That day is coming shortly, I'm sure. Geothermal Air Conditioners work like this: a loop underground is installed to a depth where the ground water is a constant 72 degrees. Since most people keep the temperature of their homes around 73-74 degrees, the temperature of air going into the house does not need to be heated or cooled very much at all. This saves a TREMENDOUS amount of energy. Your average air conditioner takes air from outside, which sometimes has to be heated and cooled twenty degrees or more! Think of how much more energy that would take! Because of the incredible amount of energy that is saved by using these systems, the government is offering large tax credits to those who purchase them before the year 2016. With a tax credit of $3,000 and energy bills half the usual size, who could resist buying one of these! Go Green!
