Mmmm, banana bread. An absolute favourite perfect for any occasion whether a family get together or just a simple treat, banana bread is an all-time classic and is relatively easy to make. Before you can go about making the best tasting banana bread possible it is essential to have the right ingredients,  here is the recipe to give you delicious banana bread.

  • 1/2 cup organic butter
  • 1 cup xylitol
  • 2 eggs
  • 4 ripe organic bananas
  • 1 1/2 cups unbleached flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon organic vanilla

Now that you have all the ingredients let's begin.

First, begin by mashing up the bananas in a small bowl, be sure to make them really mushy for best results.

Second, beat eggs thoroughly and add into your banana bowl mix together and add vanilla

Third, cream together both butter and xylitol then adding to your banana/egg bowl

Fourth, Sift together the flour, baking soda and salt. Add to creamed mixture.

Fifth, Grease an appropriate sized loaf pan and be sure to flour it. Next, add the mixture into the pan.

Sixth, pre-heat over to 350 degrees Fahrenheit for approximately 10 minutes, after oven is up to temperature you are ready to start baking.

Seventh, Place loaf pan in oven for 60 minutes or until the center has settled. You can check the center with a long toothpick, if there is no more batter stuck to the toothpick after you remove it your banana bread is ready for consumption.

congratulations! You have successfully created your banana bread. After you have made a few batches feel free to spice it up with your own ideas to make the recipe yours. You can add cinnamon, nuts, seeds, try using honey, or add raisins. The sky is the limit.

This recipe holds well in the refrigerator and will keep for much longer.

Hope everyone enjoyed this recipe, let me know how your banana bread turned out, or what you did to make it your very own creation. I look forward to hearing how everything goes. Thank you so much for your time, stay safe, and go make some banana bread!
