- 1/2 cup organic butter
- 1 cup xylitol
- 2 eggs
- 4 ripe organic bananas
- 1 1/2 cups unbleached flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
- 1/2 teaspoon organic vanilla
Now that you have all the ingredients let's begin.
First, begin by mashing up the bananas in a small bowl, be sure to make them really mushy for best results.
